At Muddy Panda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:

Gift cards
Personalised or custom-made products
Items marked as non-returnable or final sale

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@muddypanda.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return request has been approved, please send the item(s) to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5–10 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@muddypanda.co.uk.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the item where applicable

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.
